英文商用書信開頭 E-mails open with Dear, Hi, or Hey ,Hello 我們依照國外最常使用的順序及解釋如下

Hi, 用在有一定交情的情況下,如已認識的同事或朋友。

Hello, 用在開發客戶或回答一般性問題的情況下。

Dear, 用在你覺得要認真的詢問事情的情況 如正式英文商業信,或者客戶抱怨信,雖然有些人會說Dear是過時了,但是是最安全的稱呼語。

Hey,用在很熟的朋友或同事,一般英文商業信是不建議使用"Hey"來開頭有點不太禮貌。




寫英文商用書信除了開頭外"為了什麼目的"是最重要的,最常用的英文書信開頭如下面五種

1.I am writing to inquire about the possibility of
我想要寫信詢問有沒有有可能....

2.I am writing in reference to . . .
我寫這封信是關於..

3.Could You please send me...
可以拜託請你寄給我....

4.I am writing to Confirm...
我想要確認一下...

5.I would like to inform you that..
我們想要通知你...

[有禮貌的寫法]
I would be grateful if you could … .
I would appreciate (it) if you could … .

[一般的寫法]
Could you possibly … ?
Could you please … ?


當我們想要表達願意協助時

[有禮貌的寫法]
I would be delighted to … .
(delighted means very happy)

[一般的寫法]
I will be happy to … .


當我們想要說抱歉時

[有禮貌的寫法]
I apologise for the delay in replying.
I/We apologise for the inconvenience.
I/We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please accept our/my sincere apologies.

[一般的寫法]

表達壞消息的時候
